With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 living rooms, and private entrances, it’s perfect for families, reunions, fishing trips, and work crews. Located at the entrance to the Mt. Etna Boat Ramp and Bloodroot Trail on Salamonie Reservoir, you’ll enjoy 100 Mbps fiber Wi-Fi, private rear decks, and ample parking for boats, trailers, and oversized vehicles.

Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
No parties or events.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Only registered guests are permitted unless approved in advance.
Pets are not allowed unless approved prior to booking.
Please respect neighboring apartment and keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
Boats and trailers are welcome—please park only in designated areas.
Report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible.
Before checking out, Load and start washing machine with all towels, load and start the dishwasher (if used), dispose of trash in the outdoor bins, and lock all doors and windows.
Turn off lights and set the thermostat to a reasonable temperature before departure.
