It is built on the last floor of a corner building on Natsina street, in the central-east side of Thessaloniki. Just 10 minutes from the city center by bus and 10 minutes walk from the Concert Hall at Nea Paralia.

Suitable for couples, family of four, or a small group of friends up to 4 persons. The apartment consists of 40 square meters of single room interior and a 40 square meters private balcony.

The apartment is fully equipped with central heating, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed 160x200, a sofa-bed for 2 people, a closet, a dining table of 4, a table- coffee station with stools that can also be used as a working space, a shower cabin, a heated towel hanger, 50 inches smart TV, an iron and an ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine.

Nespresso machine with capsules are offered for free together with sugar, as well as personal hygiene goods such as shampoo and shower cream and soap.

The price includes one-time cleaning.
Further cleaning during your stay, or extra clean towels and sheets, are also purchasable.
