Cleanliness Standard
This is a shoeless home. We maintain a consistently clean, allergen-conscious environment using:
Professional cleaning + steam sanitation
Mattress encasements and protected bedding
Minimal clutter
If youâre used to removing shoes at home, youâll feel very comfortable here.
Hot Tub Access
May 1 â July 31: Hot tub access is included with all reservations.
August 1 â April 30: Discounted/off-season rates do not automatically include hot tub access.
To qualify for included hot tub access during this period, the nightly base rate must average at least $299/night BEFORE taxes, fees, discounts, or cleaning fees.
Reservations booked below $299/night may add hot tub access for a flat $199 amenity fee.
Hot tub servicing must be confirmed at least 48 hours before check-in.
