The villa boasts a spectacular 25-meter heated salt-water swimming pool, surrounded by spacious sun terraces with comfortable sun loungers and beach towels, perfect for soaking up the island's year-round sunshine.
The pool is electrically heated during winter to maintain its 26-28c temperature.

The villa also features a sunken BBQ area, or the beautiful outdoor dining terrace ideal for alfresco dining experiences under the stars, and a fully fitted kitchen complete with modern appliances and a water filtration system, ensuring all your culinary needs are met.

Our exclusive Villa is made up of a 2-bedroom suite, a 2-bedroom apartment and a selection of master, single, twin and triple bedrooms - nearly all are en-suite, and some can be changed from twins to doubles to suit your requirements.

Within the communal areas we have a high-speed Wi-Fi system that provides internet throughout the villa and bedrooms, and the Smart TV has a full package satellite box (including Sports and Movies)
There is Air-conditioning through most of the villa.

The villa is situated a minute´s walk from the main bus route to Playa Blanca, Tias, Puerto Del Carmen, Playa Honda, and Arrecife. Local taxis can easily be ordered directly to the villa.
