Eine Villa in perfekter Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend von Puerto del Carmen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Goldenen Meile entfernt, mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und GeschƤften sowie herrlichen StrƤnden. Diese einstƶckige Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist ideal fĆ¼r Ihren nƤchsten Urlaub.

Beim Betreten erhalten Sie den Garten und seine zwei EingƤnge, von denen einer zu einem privaten Parkplatz fĆ¼hrt.

Beim Betreten des GebƤudes finden Sie eine Ć¼berdachte Terrasse mit einem Sofa, einem Esstisch und einem Grill. Daneben der Eingang zur WohnkĆ¼che mit Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und GroƟbildfernseher. Die KĆ¼che ist modern und gut ausgestattet mit Dolce Gusto Kaffeemaschine.

Beim Betreten des Hauses finden wir zwei Doppelzimmer (eines davon ist die Master Suite mit Bad en suite) und ein separates Familienbad. Beide Zimmer haben auch eine Klimaanlage. Sollten Sie mehr als vier Betten benƶtigen, steht im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa zur VerfĆ¼gung, das auf Anfrage von Familien mit Kindern genutzt werden kann.

Hinter der Ć¼berdachten Terrasse befindet sich der Garten mit einem AuƟenpool und einem Speisesaal, der zum Entspannen mit Freunden und der Familie einlƤdt.

Das Haus hat auch einen separaten Waschraum im vorderen Gartenbereich.

Lovely Villa in a Great Location

Great location - 5 mins walk and youā€™re at the seafront and within 30 minutes you have a huge choice of restaurants and 2 or 3 supermarkets. Itā€™s about a 45 minute walk down to the harbour. Gorgeous villa - immaculately clean, has everything you need (and more) and feels very homely. Pool was great and itā€™s worth having it heated if going in the cooler months, Lots of outdoor furniture so can always find some sun, or shade if you prefer. Wouldnā€™t hesitate to book again if returning to Lanzarote.

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay at the villa! It was spotless, well equipped and very well laid out with a great size pool. The villa is very private and located in a nice quiet area. Perfect for the relaxing holiday we were looking for. It was lovely touch that there were a few welcome goodies in the kitchen when we arrived. A good size supermarket is close to the villa and it is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. The guest services team were very polite and extremely helpful. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend the villla.

Private Villa in a quiet area.

Lovely Villa in an ideal location for exploring the area. It is a short walk to many bars, restaurants, shops, the beach and Rancho Texas. There is a bus stop close to the villa if you wish to travel to other parts of the island and you will find a taxi rank a little further at San Antonio. The Villa was clean and had everything you need and was spacious for the 3 of us. Great pool for cooling off in and the sun loungers were comfortable. The pool area is very private and not overlooked which was great.

Perfect location within 5 minutes walk to a small selection of shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. And an easy 10 minute stroll further to the main resort. Lovely villa, with every thing you need inside and outside. Perfect outside area. Taxiā€™s, if required, are easy to flag down outside the villa. All in all we had a lovely time again in Puerto Del Carmen.

Lovely villa in good location

The villa is placed centrally between Puerto Del Carmen centre and Matagorda. A 10 minute journey from the airport and a short walk to the restaurants and shops. The villa is well maintained and equipped and clean. Large outside area and two large bedrooms and bathrooms. Open kitchen and lounge and decent cooking facilities.

Excellent stay

My sister and I had a great stay at Villa Oliveira. The villa was lovely and we liked the location away from the businesss of the resort. Check-in was straightforward. We were impressed with the number of seating areas outside which meant you could be in or out of the sun. The pool was lovely and very clean. We had everything we needed and more and felt at home. Overall, everything was perfect. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Great Villa very thing you could need

We have just returned from 11 days at the Villa Oliveira, It was a lovely Villa and the location is just right, not too close to the main strip but about a 7 min walk . It is a very spacious villa with plenty of options for sitting inside and out , the pool was very clean but it is sea water which didnā€™t bother us. We had the cleaners in once and they were very nice and efficient couldnā€™t fault them. Would definitely be staying again.

Great Villa and location

This villa has everything you need , well equipped kitchen , good bathrooms and comfortable beds. There is plenty of space outside and some good spots for sitting and enjoying the sun. The villa was immaculate and the cleaner who came mid week was brilliant. It is in a great location for exploring the strip and to walk down to Matagorda . We had a lovely time.

Fantastic property in great location

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint. The service and communication with the staff was excellent and very helpful. The property is in a great location all rooms are a good size and the kitchen has everything you need. It was also very quiet. One of the bathrooms has recently been refurbished to a high standard and the remaining one will be completed hopefully in October.

A nice spacious house close to the sea promenade

We spent 1 month in the house, and we had a good time. The house corresponded to the pictures on the advert so no big surprises. The outdoor area was by far our favourite part. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the garden is very well kept. The bathrooms could use some refurbishment but are still very OK and things work properly. The area is quiet and close to the promenade with shops and restaurants. The few problems we had were promptly solved by the staff and this was definitely appreciated. We will definitely book via Buena Villa if ever back in Lanzarote.

The outside area with pool was spacious and well kept. The inside was clean and beds were comfy. Could do with new pillows though! The paintwork on the skirtings was stained and grubby, the bathroom window fell in. Wi-fi didnā€™t work throughout the property and the only two accessible sockets in second bedroom (hidden by chest of drawers) didnā€™t work. Overall quite dated and dark! Would be nice to have a folder with instructions for appliances.The big refuse bins just behind the property were noisily emptied around 4-30 am ish most days! 5 min easy walk to main drag and the lovely Los Pocillos beach, a nice 45min walk to Old Town/port. Buses easily accessible and taxis good value.
