Wenn komfortable, abgeschiedene Privatsphäre das ist, was Sie wollen, mit einem schönen beheizten Swimmingpool, ist The Bungalow genau der richtige Ort für Sie! Nur 3-4 Gehminuten vom Hauptstrand und der Promenade entfernt, ist die Terrasse sehr groß und die Meerblicke sind atemberaubend. Die Villa 'The Bungalow' verfügt über einen tollen elektrisch und solar beheizten Pool mit römischen Stufen für einen einfachen Einstieg und es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirmen rund um den Pool zum Sonnenbaden. Es gibt eine große Pergola, wenn Sie Schatten möchten, mit einem Tisch und Stühlen für Dining im Freien, während Sie die panoramischen Meerblicke genießen. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Club Oceano entfernt, haben Sie die Nutzung aller seiner Einrichtungen einschließlich Bar, Rezeption, Pool, Whirlpool usw. Unsere regelmäßige Poolwartung gewährleistet, dass Pool und Sonnenterrasse sauber und ordentlich bleiben.



Der Bungalow besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern, das erste mit einer Walk-in-Dusche, Waschbecken und WC, das andere mit einer Badewanne mit Duschkopf, WC und Waschbecken für Ihn und Sie. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist groß und bietet großzügigen Schrankplatz. Das Bett kann als Einzel- oder Doppelbett aufgemacht werden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle/Heißluftbackofen, 4-Ring-Elektroherd, großem Kühl-Gefrier-Schrank sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt eine Frühstückstheke sowie einen Esstisch. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über bequeme Sofas und Satelliten-TV und führt direkt auf die Terrasse. Kostenloses WLAN wird ebenfalls bereitgestellt. Ein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Safe. Regelmäßiger Reinigungsservice, Badetücher und Bettwäsche werden ebenfalls gestellt. Die Betten können als Doppel- oder Einzelbetten aufgemacht werden.

Lovely bungalow

Had a lovely stay in the bungalow. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Well situated in a quiet street but still only a couple of minutes walk to everything going on in Puerto del Carmen. Would definitely recommend.

Great villa. Property well maintained by staff that are very efficient and friendly. Once again I have to comment on the quality of the sun loungers. They are worn and shabby and not consistent with the quality expected from this level of rental.

We have been coming here for over 25 years. Perfect location abd never disappoints Some of the fixtures and fittings are in need of replacement like the swimming pool cover and toilet seats etc but this is a very minor issue

Lovely relaxing holiday.

We loved the secluded privacy of the villa, and the swimming pool was a big hit to cool off in. We loved the access to the bars / restaurants and the beach, but within a quick walk home it was lovely and quiet. The cleaners were amazing - very friendly and efficient - a special thank you to them. NO WIFI / INTERNET - we booked this villa due to the internet as we have our own business at home and need to be able to have access daily. We did request this was looked into on day 1 and finally on day 13 someone came out to have a look and couldn´t fix it as it was to do with the phone lines - but nothing had been sorted before despite our constant trips down to reception to report no internet.

Excellent property in ideal location

The property was very clean and well equipped. We stayed for a week and the maid came twice to clean and the pool guy came twice too. The outside area is also immaculate and very tidy. There is a well equipped supermarket 10 mins away and you can walk into the town in about 20 mins. The only thing I would suggest for the property is air conditioning. There are fans in the bedrooms but the week we were there in October was hot and the bungalow was very warm. Fans only circulate warm air so although we would return it wouldn’t be in high season for this reason.

Comfortable villa

Comfortable villa in quiet street. Kept very clean with maid service and pool cleaning throughout the week. Easy access to main promenade and only a 20 minute walk to the harbour. If you have a car there´s plenty of on-street parking. The villa could do with a bit of modernisation. I was surprised we weren´t left with any cleaning materials for washing disheswiping surfaces. Towel allocation was on the light side considering there´s a private pool to use. One towel each isn´t really enough. Also surprised there wasn´t a hairdryer.

Fabulous!

First time using one of the villas - we regularly stay at Club Oceano but this was fully booked. What a treat! Amazing uninterrupted sea views, fully equipped villa in a lovely peaceful location. Villa has washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (nespresso pods) wifi included, satellite TV included, hair dryer, ceiling fans in bedrooms, pool is heated (we were here in Februray) We had a great week in the bungalow. The location is perfect, we used to pop down to the Club for breakfast (lovely seeing the amazing staff again) and quick walk to the strip from either side. Would certainly book here again. Villa kitchen/bathrooms are probably due some modernisation but all in fully working order. Some more glasses would be useful - only had 6 large pint sized glasses and 6 wine glasses - some smaller tumbler glasses to add would be good

What a relaxing villa

We loved this villa, it had everything we required of a relaxing holiday. The villa is in a great central location and has easy parking at the door. The self check in is perfect, no waiting about at some reception and then waiting on transport to your villa, we were inside 20mins after leaving the airport in a taxi. A quick look round showed everything we needed was present, and overall the whole villa was spotless and dust free, outside it has amazing views over the villas in front to the sea, and is not over looked by anyone, we spent a lot of time chilling by the pool and under the pergola when it got too hot, and not forgetting the excellent heated pool which was great for cooling off, the sun loungers were comfortable, we hired the beach towels which was worth it. The maids always came around the same time 12ish, good quality towels changed about every 2-3 day which is good and the pool guys were always around 7am, so I never saw them! We did have a few questions for reception and we always received a quick reply, cant fault the staff they were all excellent. Thanks for the amazing relaxing holiday, see you soon.

Un séjour au top

Tout! La propreté de la villa, les équipements, la piscine chauffée, le calme, la vue. Détail important: Les produits d'entretien (lessive pour lave linge, tablettes pour lave vaisselles,...) sont fournis et le ménage est fait très régulièrement. Il y a des serviettes dédiées à la piscine. Les sièges dehors sont confortables et il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis. L'emplacement est très bien: proche de la plage et des commerces / restaurants mais très calme. Seules remarques pour atteindre la perfection: Il faudrait remplacer les couvertures par des couettes. Les personnes qui viennent nettoyer la piscine tôt devraient éviter de converser entre elles car cela a réveillé ceux qui dorment dans la chambre côté piscine.

What a delight with wonderful sea views and great location

This was our second visit to this villa. The view are wonderful and is conveniently located. The villa is very clean and contains all the essentials for a quiet holiday but is within 2 minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants. The local management team are especially helpful and would highly recommend this villa. I would probably only have the cleaners once a week as 4 times in 10 days was a bit over the top.

The location was perfect the villa spacious and airy also very private. Everything was clean the pool perfect. Would stay here again. Improvement for me personally, would be that the villa needs updating as in kitchen and bathrooms ,the more modern look contributes to the feel good factor.

What a delight with wonderful sea views and great location

The villa was in a great location small shop just around the corner for those essentials. The cleaner was excellent and so happy humming to herself as she worked. 5 minutes to the bars and shops and if you want to go to the other end of town by taxi it was less than 4 euros. I can safely say we will be back. Thank you to all the staff who handled our booking quick responses and very helpful. Could do with a bit of oil on the kitchen cupboard doors bit squeaky when trying not to wake the wife!!!
