RISE AND TIDE BEACH HOUSE is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 6 guests with sea views. Located on the Esplanade opposite a quiet reserve with only a short walk to the beach, an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula holiday!

Ducted air-conditioning throughout house - cooling only, not heating - there are 2 other split system reverse cycle air-conditioners at the property.

Open plan dining area with table/chairs, sitting area with a 3 seater and 2 seater lounge, coffee table, sea views.

Living area with large smart TV, DVD player with small selection of DVD's, coffee table, blue tooth stereo, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, separate sitting area with 2 seater lounge. Doors leading out to undercover paved area with outdoor table/chairs, hooded gas BBQ and fish cleaning facility.

Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
Linen can be hired - $38.50 for double/queen per bed, $27.50 for single per bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
