I had a great stay at Hotel Caesar’s, the room was clean, comfortable, and I felt very safe throughout my visit. The location is excellent, and the staff were generally friendly.
However, there was an issue with payment: even though I prepaid through Expedia, the hotel said there was no record of it and required me to pay again upon arrival. I’ve been in contact with Expedia for almost a week now, and they’re still trying to resolve it because the hotel hasn’t responded.
It’s unfortunate, because otherwise the experience would have been perfect. If the hotel resolves this double-charge issue, I’d definitely stay here again.
