House w/Ocean View and Balcony!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place right in the heart of Rosarito Beach. Only one block away from the beautiful beaches of the Pacific Ocean. Near all the tourist attractions, walking distance to Papas & Beer, Rosarito Inn and many delicious local restaurants and amazing shops. But if you're looking for a quiet and private experience, you can get away from all the noise and enjoy the fantastic sunset right from our wonderful private rooftop.

A beautiful 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house that can host up to 5 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area with locally made Acapulco chairs and a half bathroom on the ground floor.

Up the stairs there's a full bathroom and the two bedrooms, one with a full size bed and the other with a bunk bed (twin bed on top, full bed on bottom) with big spacious closets to store your belongings in.

There's also a private entrance to the wonderful rooftop deck with an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular sunsets of Rosarito Beach with friends and family.

There's a spacious front and backyard perfect for a barbecue and hanging out.

The reservation comes with one parking space inside a gated area, with the possibility of a second parking spot inside of the premises for an extra fee of $600 per stay (ask for availability!). The parking space fits average sized cars, it doesn't fit big trucks or SUVs.

The house is walking distance to the Main City Arts and Cultural Center, which is currently undergoing a grand renovation to host major events.

We are animal lovers so we allow pets to join you at your stay with us for an extra fee of $800 pesos per stay. If you are thinking of bringing your pet, please let us know before your check in so we can accommodate and give you the best experience possible!
