Home was beautiful! Best part was being on the beachfront, hearing the waves crashing at night as you slept. Master room was beautiful doors could open and you have a clear straight view to the ocean. Quiet little gated community was a plus, security guards would either walk or ride a bike on the property, you felt safe. Our girls loved the house perfect little family getaway. Owner was great at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us book a last minute trip. Will definitely book again in the future, recommend this place 100%

Summer Stay at Numero 3

This is an amazing property if you'd like to make the most of a trip to Las Gaviotas. It's right by the pool, has easy access to the beach and his extremely comfortable. Scott was a great host and communicated very well. I've been to Las Gaviotas 3 times now, and this was by far the best property I've stayed in.

Beautiful Beachfront property

We went to Las Gaviotas for a 60 th birthday celebration and Scott’s house was perfect for 3 couples. The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . Listening to the waves all day and night is the perfect way to spend the weekend. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this property. The view from inside the house and outside is incredible and perfectly situated in the community to access the shuffleboard court, pickleball courts, pool and spa.
