Your Studio is located on the third floor. On the ground floor there`s a quiet and large community patio. A second patio is next to our front desk where we have community tables.

This is a three floor/brand new building:

First floor has 2 studio.

Second floor has 7 studios with community balcony.

Third floor has 6 studios and a large community balcony.

15 studios in total; just two of the units have private balcony

The check in process will take place by attaching / submitting your driver license, photo ID, or IFE, or INE, or passport through the Airbnb Chat. Not attaching could deny access to the premises.
