The Space:

Spend a summer weekend or a mid-week winter getaway at this wonderful Oceanside vacation home! You and up to seven other guests will have plenty of widows boasting ocean views so you can watch the waves roll in, whether it's a dramatic storm or a clear, sunny day. There's even an ocean-facing deck to enjoy a lazy afternoon while you sip a glass of wine.



The small town of Oceanside is a quiet spot on the Oregon Coast to relax and unwind. When you're hungry (and don't feel like preparing a meal in your own kitchen), head the couple of blacks to Roseanna's Cafe or Brewin' in the Wind. From the steps of your Oceanside getaway, you'll be just a minute or two's walk right down to the shore. Other nearby attractions include cheese tasting at the Tillamook Cheese Factory or a day of hiking around Cape Meares State Park.



This oceanfront villa has a unique loft on the third floor - a minimally-decorated, open area that you can use how you like. Bring an air mattress and turn it into a fun place for the kids, or just use it as a reading nook before bed. There are large observatory-style windows for a stunning view of the water.



The first two floors of this Oceanside vacation home are just as comfortable. From the entry level, you'll have a spacious living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, TV, and a Blu-ray player. Be sure to bring your favorite DVDs from home! There is also provided wireless Internet so you can stay in touch with friends and family.



Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen and when everyone is done, clean-up will be super easy because you'll even have a dishwasher. You can retire to the deck for after-dinner drinks or settle around the TV for some movies. And when it's time to turn in, all three bedrooms are on the second floor. You'll have a queen bed each in two of the rooms (one is a master - also with its own fireplace and deck), and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, as well as a wonderful ocean view.



And don't forget the third floor loft - a great family hang out space or a quiet nook for sketching, reading, or even napping.

Good location

Easy walk to the beach. Nice view from the kitchen. Would recommend bringing your own pots and pans or lots of oil because the ones available are pretty scratched up and everything sticks.

We had a wonderful time at this house in Oceanside. House layout was perfect for our two family vacation. This location can’t be beat, walkable to amazing beach location. View was perfect. Con- WiFi and internet are not good. TV remote was missing. Bring DVDs if you want something to watch. Would go again and be better prepared. Great property for us.

We brought our six year-old grandkids here - for the proximity to the beach, and the loft. There’s lots of room, great beach views, and lots of light.

We’ve stayed in this house several times. On this last visit, the place was a bit more Spartan than we remembered, and not spotless like it had previously been, but still plenty nice and plenty of fun. A great trip!

Walk 150 yards to the beach, view the beach from 2 decks and amazing view windows. The kids loved the loft. The house was arranged well and had plenty of space.

Perfect weekend at this spot. Best location we could ever want and we'll equipped house. Only docking a point for bunkbeds being too squeaky to sleep in and for some issues with temperature control (way too hot upstairs when the sun was out, too cold in back bedroom)

This house is in a great location, just steps to the beach. Great views from the living room, loft, kitchen and deck. House is a little dated and the carpet could use a refresh with a few stains but overall the house was perfect for a weekend getaway. Please add a lighter so that fires can be lite in the fireplace!

It’s about the beach

Property has an amazing view and easy access to the beach which is the reason I chose it. Kitchen needs to be restocked with some basics like coffee mugs and wine glasses, sharp knives and cutting boards. Needs chairs for the deck - there was only one. Would stay here again for the location.

Great view!

We had a great (but short) stay at this house. The view is unbeatable. I really like the layout of the house. It worked great for surfing - as there is a shower and area to get the sand off in the entry. The house would be 5 stars if it had some better furniture. We will definitely check it out again.

Keep expectations low

I have stayed here several times. If you are okay with the occasional broken item or well-worn atmosphere, you’ll be very happy. It’s so close to the beach and the view is wonderful. If you require 4-5 star hotel amenities then you’ll be disappointed. Perfect for low maintenance people.

This home has a fabulous location. It should be wonderful once fully renovated but it was not described as being under renovation when we booked it. We arrived to discover the HVAC was not operable and we needed to use space heaters. Breaker had tripped in the room with the WiFi router and it took us a while to troubleshoot that. Lack of thermostat controlled central heat was not comfortable. Bathrooms were cold. Flooring is being replaced. Kitchen had new flooring. Living and dining area had bare subflooring. Carpet in bedrooms and stairs/hallways is extremely dirty, yet to be replaced. Baseboards not yet installed, some cabinets lack fronts. Pots and pans were nice stainless steel, not as described in a prior review, have been upgraded. It was ok, we love Oceanside, but we didnt expect to stay in a rental that was in the midst of renovation. The pictures to not reflect what the living areas look like now. Host did offer to bring more space heaters.

Family Vacation!

This house is beautiful, with views abound. Plenty of room for everyone. The loft was a big hit with the little ones. Just a short walk to the beach, with a cool hobbit hole thru the cliff to the next beach. Hours of fun, with medium size surf. The market and small town are on the same road about 9 miles away. Great quiet, privet, family get away! Get out there and Enjoy It Today!!

Fabulous open concept area with amazing patio!

If I could still be sitting on the upper patio of this property, I would. It was so beautiful with a great view of the ocean and the small town. It was nice that the bedrooms were all on one floor and the socializing area was on a separate floor. The kitchen was large and adequate for our cooking every day. We had some trouble making the TV work after the first day, but I'd rather stare at the ocean. The loft was large and a great kids' hangout area and yoga studio for the adults. Can't wait to come back!

Loved the layout and the location

We loved that this house was steps away from Oceanside beach with great views. There was plenty of room for our gang and my daughter LOVED the loft. The main living area has been updated, but the rest of the house really needs it - especially the carpets. The exterior and decks need re-staining and I'd suggest an upgrade of some of the furniture as well. Still, we liked it and would stay there again.
