Callisto is a 2-level residence (first and second floor) of 70 square meters, located in one of the best locations in Tinos. It has a private entrance and can accommodate 4 people and is ideal for families or small groups of friends. The residence has a panoramic view of the sea, giving the visitor the feeling of being on a ship.
The first floor faces west and east and is sunny all day. It consists of a spacious living/dining room and an open fully equipped kitchen. Stylistically, the interior follows the Cycladic architecture, with stone floors, white/blue wooden frames, white wooden tables, a fireplace, while a modern sofa is harmoniously combined with a large fixed sofa / bed. The sea view from the windows is faboulous. Equipment includes free high speed Wi-Fi (55 Mpps), flat screen TV (50 inches), air conditioning and washing machine. Also, the residence has a good view of a large shared garden with trees. On this side there is also an open terrace with outdoor furniture.
The second floor consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and terrace with pergola. The first bedroom has a large double bed with air conditioning while the second has a single bed. The mattresses are anatomical, with dense foam material, giving a high sense of comfort. Both bedrooms have sea views and have a terrace with stunning 180 degree Aegean views and a Cycladic pergola. The visitor can enjoy there the sunset and the full moon on summer evenings.
The house is environmentally friendly with a solar water heater and a pump that provides high pressure water throughout the day.
