Welcome to Classic Pocono Lakefront cabin! This modern A frame with its picturesque location is the perfect getaway for family and friends looking for a serene escape from the city.

Our cabin boasts a private dock where you can soak up the sun, go fishing, or launch one of our kayaks for a leisurely paddle on the tranquil lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woods and the soothing sounds of nature.

After taking in the stunning views of the lake from your private dock, where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, step inside and marvel in this newly renovated, stylish cabin to find a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a good book or your favorite movie.

We have a fully stocked kitchen, all stainless steel appliances to help you whip up a delicious meal, and there's plenty of space to enjoy it together at the dining table.

Welcome to our game room! Where we've embraced the retro vibe of the 1980s with our decor! You'll feel like you've stepped back in time as you take in the vibrant colors, bold patterns, and geometric shapes that are synonymous with this iconic era. Bring back the nostalgia with popular games on the Pac Man arcade machine. Enjoy a game of pool and darts, or simply hang out and gather with friends and family in our entertainment/game room.

The cabin has three cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding to ensure a good night's sleep. There are two full bathrooms, one is located next to the master's bedroom adjacent to an extra sleeping area in the loft.

- Smart TV's . We provide Netflix, Paramount+, Disney+, and ESPN. TV has Roku so you can access your own preferred account for streaming.
- Every room has a mini split air conditioning and heating.
- Gas fireplace
-The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items you need to make a meal. We also have a coffee station.
- fire pit with plenty of chairs to sit around.
- Popane grill and outdoor dining table on our back deck.
- Included are kayaks for you to use if you want some water fun.
-We provide adult/child life vests.

We are located in A Pocono Country Place community where you have access to these facilities, about a block away, barely 2 mins walk from the cabin:

*Our community offers these facilities that you can have the option to use for a small fee of about $12 per person ( this is independent from our listing and we do not guarantee entrance and use. )

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be able to use the whole home and lake access in the backyard.
There is ample parking in the driveway. You will be receiving a door code the day before your travel. It is a unique code that will only activate at time of check in.

To ACCESS our lakefront cabin, a tenant registration form and waiver is needed prior to your arrival. By booking our home, you agree to comply with this requirement. Host will have the right to cancel your booking within 24 from travel date if this requirement is not fulfilled with NO refunds.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
We have public city water, with a water filtration system on our fridge. You may bring your own preferred water bottle for drinking if you like.

We also have a queen sofa pull out bed in the game room and a futon in the loft area for extra sleeping. All linens for bedrooms and extra sleeping are provided.

Our home is fully equipped w/ stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven, blender, dishware/silverware, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a toaster oven and a blender.

Firewood is NOT included. Bring your own firewood for the fire pit.

IMPORTANT INFO * Host will require a liability waiver after booking. Our HOA requires a tenant registration form filled out and submitted a week prior to arrival ( for last minute bookings, you will need to submit this form and return it back to me as soon as I send it with your confirmation).

*We don’t offer refunds for weather, park closures, changes in travel itinerary, or mismanaged expectations. There shall be no refunds of rents for shortened stays due to family emergencies or change of # of guests attending. Power outages and internet provider being down are beyond our control and no refund policy will apply. Read our description on our listing, inquire from your hosts regarding the property if you have certain expectations that we may/ or may not meet. Please make sure to check our cancellation policy prior to booking, and avail of your own travel insurance or through Vrbo travel protection.
