Location: While the address says it is in Kabukicho, it is actually located in the "Korean Town". You may find this place interesting if you come to Japan for Korean stuff. For me, this place is nothing but a 10 minutes walk from the shin-okubo station. Unfortunately, location is the only thing I can praise this stay.
Cleanliness: despite being a new facility, this place is filthy. The shower/toilet/basin/locker floor felt like they have never cleaned it, with stains everywhere. My bed had trash left behind by the previous guy. The mattress was completely flat it made me feel I was sleeping on hard floor.
Storage: Storage was non-existent. All I got was a tiny locker stall just enough to fit a carry-on luggage. Check-in luggage were left in the corridor with nothing to lock to. And, of course, no personal safe inside individual capsule.
Amenity: One towel for free, and.... one pack of disposable toothbrush. For a three nights stay. You tell me if it can get any worse than that.
The difference between this place and the capsule hotel I stayed in Ueno is night and day. In hindsight, it is apparent why 80+% of people staying here are foreigners. This place is not up to the Japanese standard, and the locals can sense it from 10 miles away.
