■Special Notes When Booking (Important)
Please only book if you agree to all the following items.

1. This facility operates under the Residential Lodging Business Act. Submission of passport information and personal details is required. If you cannot provide this information, we may refuse your stay.

2. This is an unstaffed facility. After entering, please complete self-check-in using the dedicated tablet.

3. Overnight stays by anyone other than the reservation holder are prohibited. If discovered, additional fees will be charged.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited near the building, inside the facility, in rooms, and on balconies. Smoking violations will incur a ¥50,000 fine. This directly impacts the facility's continued operation.

5. Please keep noise levels low in your room, especially at night. If noise disturbs neighbors and results in a complaint, a ¥30,000 fine will be imposed. This directly impacts the facility's continued operation.

6. If any of the following are discovered: damage to room facilities, removal of furnishings, unauthorized disposal of large or bulky trash, smoking, or excessive noise, fines or compensation fees will be charged.
※Disposal of large items like suitcases incurs a fee. If you need disposal during your stay, please contact us. Costs will be charged.

7. Please take great care not to lose your keys during your stay. If lost, you will be charged for the cost of making a new key.

8. Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
