You’ll have exclusive access to this property and four of the five bedrooms inside. (The master bedroom is to remain locked at all times. We appreciate your cooperation.)

The Neighborhood:
Villa San Simon is on an expansive property in the woods with lots of outdoor space and privacy. It’s a block away from Famous Panadería San Simón bakery and restaurant and just a 5-minute drive from La Palma, where you’ll find all you’d need, like grocery stores, pharmacies, shopping and dining. There are plenty of outdoor activities, golf courses, and water sports on Valle de Bravo Lake (13 km away).

Getting Around:
The property is about 86 km | 53 mi from the Lic. Adolfo López Mateos International Airport (TLC) in Toluca. It’s best to have a car to get around Valle de Bravo. You’ll have 4 parking spots on the premises.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Daytime visitors are okay, but they must not stay overnight.
- Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- There is a $20 USD cleaning fee for the BBQ.
- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
