Fireplace (Seasonal Use): The gas fireplace is available November through February only. It is operated by two wall switches; both must be turned ON for use. Never leave the fireplace unattended. Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.
