The basement level includes two separate units, and both are accessed through the same side entrance. This suite has its own private kitchen, bathroom, and essential household amenities for a comfortable stay. Please note that the laundry area is the only shared space and is shared with one other basement unit. We are a quiet couple living upstairs and keep noise and foot traffic to a minimum.
