Fees Upon Arrival

Security Deposit: Incidentals are collected as a pending credit card charge at check-in, posted as $200.

• These funds are released upon departure, provided there are no damages, missing items, or additional cleaning required.
• If you present a debit card (Interac Visa or Mastercard), incidentals will be set at a minimum of $500 per booking, held at the time of check-in as a security deposit.

Facilities

• Parking: Street parking is available at the Green P lot located at 45 Abell St., a half block south of the hotel. Tickets are $2.00 / half hour + $14.00 for 12 hours.

Additional Options & Perks

• Best Friends Welcome Package: Please register your pet in advance. A $70+ tax pet fee applies per stay for dogs up to 40 lbs.
• Dogs only (no cats or other animals). One dog per room only. Litter, food, and water are provided.
• Service animals are welcome throughout all hotel spaces. For non-service animals, dogs are welcome on our street-side patio but are not permitted inside dining areas.
• Your reservation includes all pet fees and taxes based on the number of pets you entered at the time of booking. The resort reserves the right to charge additional fees if the number or type of pet changes.
• Guests will be required to abide by the resort's responsible pet stay policies (available upon request). Availability of pet-friendly units may be limited; your pet-friendly reservation is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
