Q: How much is the apartment, what is the total charge for my stay?

A: The rate is calculated and displayed on this page when you enter your dates, without need to pay or give credit card info. In addition to the VRBO fee, there is a cleaning fee. There are no further charges, no hidden fees, no extra costs, of any kind. What you pay here on this site is all you will pay for the apartment for the nights you have booked. That's it, nothing more.

Q: How about a fee to use the internet... How about taxes? Do I have to pay extra for anything?

A: No - Everything is included in the price here.

Q: Is the apartment available for my dates?

A: The dates update automatically with availability.

Q: I'm arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that ok?

A: It's not a problem. I will meet you there to make sure your check-in is smooth.

Q: Once I book, how do I get the keys?

A: Once you have booked the room, the house manual will clearly detail the check-in procedures. Late check-in is fine using the self check-in process, however, in most situations you will be met by someone at the main entrance who will assist with the check-in and delivering the key.

Q: What is the address?

A: Please print the itinerary once you have reserved. You will find the house manual. It has the address, my coordinates, and the password for the Wi-Fi.

Q: Are there towels, pillows, blankets, and linens for the beds?

A: Yes and fully cleaned

Q: Is the kitchen equipped for cooking?

A: Yes. It Comes with Brand New Pots, Pans, Baking Dishes, Culinary Knives, Tupperware and Spices. As Well as Glassware, Tableware, Toaster, Kettle and Utensils. Please clean up after you use it, please don't leave dirty dishes or glasses.
