Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building.

Parking is NOT included in the price but there is the Public parking in this building. You'll find the info about how to book it in the check in instruction. Or you can just come and park. The reservation don't needed.

Pets are allowed in the apartment with a maximum of two pets per suite. If you plan stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.

We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. The price $5 per one item per night. The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.

** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
