The space

This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home.Fully functional kitchen with supplies (Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster). Washer and Dryer with supplies. 2 Bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home.

According to the condo regulations every guest must provide their personal information prior to check in. We kindly ask that you provide the full names of every guest staying in the apartment.We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your Id in your hands as an antifraud measure.Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information ARE NOT allowed into the building.

Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $20 per night ($10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights). Please request in advance as it could be booked.

Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm with us prior to booking. Pet fee is $10 per night per pet. We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $10 per one item per night. ***Deposit***

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.

We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Globalstay has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
