➤ ➤ In the event of an immediate emergency, serious suspicion of danger, or if an electric/mechanical issue arises, the host/co-host/building security reserves the right to enter the property without prior notice (e.g., access to the Furnace Room, Electrical Panel, and Water Softener). For safety checks or non-urgent matters, the host will provide advance notice before entering the unit.
➤ ➤ Please note that a home inspection may be scheduled during your stay by host/co-host with 24hr notice to the guest. Typically, this occurs once or twice a month, but it can vary based on circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Violations of house rules/manuals: from $200
• Sharing the entrance code: $500
• Tampering with lock settings: $500
• Unregistered guests/pets: $250 each + full reservation cost per person/pet
• Unauthorized visitors/pets: Charged at the regular nightly rate
• Damage to property/appliances: billed to guest
• Excessive dirt/stains: additional cleaning fees
• Noise/smoke complaints:
– 2nd notice: $100 fine
– 3rd notice: reservation cancelled without refund

To ensure the safety of all guests in our family-oriented environment, the host or co-host will request following information from everyone in the reservation when booking.

For long term stays (2+ months), you may also be asked for:

Failure to provide required information may result in cancellation without refund.

➤ For stays of 27 nights or longer, a monthly utility fee applies to cover standard utility use, including electricity, gas, heating and cooling systems, water, and internet. Any excessive usage may be billed separately. The first month’s utility fee is charged as a per‑stay property fee at the time of booking, and for longer stays, subsequent monthly utility fees will be requested securely through the booking platform.
