Situated in a quiet court in the Wombah Park Estate, this home is in a superb location for holiday makers! Quiet & peaceful, and within walking distance Deep Creek Reserve & walking track, tennis courts & kids play park, also walking distance to Whites Beach & The flying fox park.

The single storey home comprises of:

- 2 queen bedrooms
- 1 x single bedroom plus 1 trundle bed & 1 cot on wheels (easy to move about - please BYO linen to use with the cot)
- 1 x family bathroom
- 1 x separate toilet
- 1 x laundry
- Open plan living with smart TV, kitchen & dining
- Large back garden with patio and BBQ
- Study nook
- Driveway parking for 2 cars (with lockable gate to the property)

There is also two high chairs (The Ikea ones) , kids slide, toys and play tent, plus a ball pit for toddlers

Guests have access to everything the home as to offer

All linen and towels are included in the clean fee - Please bring your own beach towels.

The trundle bed will not be made up - but linen left out to use is if you wish.

Please being bottom sheet if you wish to use the cot.
Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be release 7 days after check-out.
