This is a delightful ground floor apartment looking onto the pool and golf course in the ever popular Mar Menor Golf Resort situated within 10 minutes drive of the Mar Menor Sea with its lovely sandy beaches. This property benefits from integral air conditioning throughout, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedroom that can be configured as super kings, or singles.
This property is 5 minute walk to the golf clubhouse and driving range and situated directly in front of the communal swimming pool.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLD premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
