The property has a lounge with TV (International channel package), dining table and 4 chairs, a large kitchen with all the appliances you would expect, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker etc. Two large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together if required. The apartment has a large bathroom with WC, sink and walk in shower, all amenities are within easy access, a very short walk to the town centre and supermarket, with several bars, restaurants, golf club house, and the Double Tree Hilton Hotel. Sports facilities are very close including paddle tennis courts and 2 full size tennis courts. The main balcony is off the lounge with cushioned furniture, a table and 4 chairs, is east facing and has great views overlooking 2 adult pools and frontline golf, both bedrooms have inverter AC units and ceiling fans, and both bedrooms lead off to a west facing balcony with 2 chairs and a table.

With 16 communal pools and plenty of restaurants, this resort is perfect for everyone!

The large swimming pool and children's pool are fantastic for cooling off in the summer and are not far away from the property. The resort centre features a golf clubhouse (where clubs can be hired), restaurants, bars and an excellent supermarket which are all an easy stroll away from the property.

The property is ideal for both golfers and those on less energetic holidays. It also makes a great base for a family holiday.
