Lovely south facing ground floor 3 bedroom apartment that is fully equipped with: garden, garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), childrens area, tennis court, paddle tennis court, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, communal swimming pool, covered parking, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, French).
In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).
Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants – including (to name a few):
- Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports
- Los Elementos (high quality dining, café for breakfasts and snacks, a bar and even a gift shop!)
