The building has elevators and is decorated with various plants by the residents. • As you walk in, you find yourself in the hallway. To your left, there's the bathroom, which features a bathtub, toilet, sink with a mirror, toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, a hair straightener, and a hair dryer • In the entrance area, there is space for hanging coats and a cupboard for storing footwear • The kitchen comes with all the essential cooking appliances you need. It features a medium fridge with a small freezer, a two-burner electric stove, a compact oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a sandwich maker, and a blender. Plus, there's a washing machine in the kitchen • The breakfast counter separates the kitchen from the living room, providing ample space for three people to sit comfortably on high chairs • In the living room, you'll find a comfortable couch, a dresser, and a TV for enjoying local channels or streaming from your device. In addition, there is a brand new air conditioning system that keeps the room warm or cool as needed • The bedroom features a queen-sized bed with nightstands and stylish lamps, ample closet space, and a dedicated office area with a desk and chair • A spacious balcony extends from the apartment, offering breathtaking views of a local park, the city skyline, the seashore, and distant mountains. This area provides enough privacy for a relaxing evening with conversation and even a small BBQ • If you return to the ground floor, you'll quickly discover the beautifully kept garden and pool area of the complex. The garden features native plants such as olive trees and cacti, and the pool provides lovely views of the coastline You can reach the apartment through the communal entrance of the complex and then have complete access to the apartment by yourself. The garden and pool are communal areas as well and are shared with other residents of the urbanization. During the stay, you can always contact us with questions or problems about the accommodation. We will reply to all messages within 24 hours and in case of emergency. Our phone number is available on the property. PLEASE NOTE that we can only facilitate check-in after 11:00 PM if the delay is caused by unforeseen events in your travel plans and you keep us actively informed about the changes. In this case, the late check-in fee can be up to 45€. We do leave a 15-minute courtesy window, during which you can still check in for free. If you are 16-60 minutes late, you will be charged 30€. If you are 61-120 minutes late, the fee will be 45€. We DO NOT facilitate check-in between 1:00 AM-8 AM!
