Located in Toscolano-Maderno, within a residence with a swimming pool near the Bogliaco golf club, a one-bedroom apartment for a family or group holiday for up to 4 people.



The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV, open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped. From the living room you access the private terrace with sun loungers and outdoor table and chairs from which you can enjoy a side view of the residence pool. The apartment layout is completed by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and WC.



*The residence is equipped with a splendid swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September, from 9 to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.



*At the disposal of guests a private garage within the residence (dimensions 2.75 x 3.20 m height 2 m).

Toscolano and Maderno, both home to fishermen and famous for their paper mills, offer two welcoming bays ideal for sailing enthusiasts, fishing and for all water sports, not forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.

Maderno can boast a wide and well-serviced beach that organises parties and events, on the lakeside in the large green area of the former Hippodrome, such as regattas and trophies with music and dancing of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of local typical products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano is the Paper Museum, which is located in the beautiful Valley of the Paper Mills, thus an opportunity to turn a cultural visit into a nature excursion as well.



The nearest airport is Verona, only 70 minutes away by car.
