Infinity pool, whirlpool on the rooftop, beach a stone\'s throw away... this studio apartment has absolutely nothing missing for an amazing holiday!

Located in a new tourist complex very close to the lake, it is your little nest in which to take refuge after the many activities in the area.

You can have breakfast with an enviable lake view, or relax in the hydromassage, reserved for a few apartments, at sunset.



Located inside a newly built residence, a few steps from the lake and the beach, our studio apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a large living/bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower.



Our guests will find a welcoming and clean environment, equipped with everything needed for cooking and with a comfortable foldaway bed (not a folding sofa bed!) which also allows for longer stays and optimal rest.



The apartment is equipped with high speed wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV.



From inside the stairwell we take a practical lift that takes us to the roof where, reserved only for the few users of our building A, there is a wonderful super panoramic terrace with a breathtaking lake view.

The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and seats, and a hydromassage tub available.

We spent enchanting evenings, sipping an aperitif and watching the sun set.



The apartment does not have reserved parking, but there are many free parking spaces in the area that we will definitely recommend!
