Inside, 2 Dartmouth Grove is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for sociable living. The open-plan layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table for six, and a lounge with plush sofas, an armchair, electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, ideal for cosy evenings after a day of exploring.

Sleeping up to six guests, the lodge features three inviting bedrooms: a master with king-size bed and ensuite shower, plus two twin rooms perfect for children or friends. A sleek family bathroom with a shower bath completes the accommodation.

Patio doors open to a private terrace with countryside and golf course views. Number 2 looks directly over the 9th hole and because it is north facing is in the enviable position of attracting the afternoon/evening sun with some glorious sun sets - what better way to see the sun come down than in this fabulous setting!

Guests can also opt for the added luxury of a private hot tub, perfect for soaking under the stars. (Please note: the hot tub must be booked at least 14 days in advance and carries an additional fee starting at £175 for 2 nights, rising by £25 per night thereafter. Payment must be made before usage is confirmed. The hot tub is unavailable between 1st Nov - 1st March.)

Enhance your stay with the indulgence of a private hot tub – the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the beautiful Devon countryside.
To ensure your hot tub is freshly prepared and fully compliant with the latest health and safety guidelines, advance booking is required (no later than two weeks before arrival).
£175 for 2 nights
£25 per night thereafter

This is an optional extra and must be paid in advance before usage can be confirmed. Guests who choose this upgrade can enjoy a perfectly prepared hot tub throughout their stay.

Rennovation Works:
Subject to future lodge purchases, there may be contractors on site during normal working hours. They will ensure that any noise is kept to a minimum and to respect guests at neighbouring lodges.

Pets:
One well behaved dog is accepted but must be kept off the upholstery and not left unattended in the property.

Facilities:
We advise that you book any use of the hotel facilities, spa treatment, golf etc as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Please note, the golf club and spar is not directly affiliated to the lodge site itself.
