The Cocoonr agency offers this charming apartment for rent in Toulouse, with views over the city rooftops. It has Wi-Fi access, a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 4th floor without a lift, with a narrow and steep old staircase (18th-century building).
It consists of a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with portable air conditioning, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Exterior:
- A small balcony to enjoy sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in the historic centre, above a bar. Noise may be noticeable in the evening and at night, especially in the bedroom. You will have access to all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Accommodation recommended for urban travellers with light luggage who appreciate the charm of old buildings.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby in the Esquirol underground car park (5 minutes' walk).
