Three bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space: a queen-size master with wardrobe, a cosy double room, and a children's room fitted with bunk beds. Two bathrooms — one with a bathtub, the other with a walk-in shower — mean no morning queues. The real highlight is outside: a private heated pool surrounded by sun loungers, a beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, and a shaded terrace with a barbecue and outdoor dining table perfect for warm summer evenings. Families will love the proximity to the Ramée leisure park and its lake, ideal for picnics and walks. The Cité de l'Espace, the Aeroscopia aviation museum and the historic centre of Toulouse with the Capitole, the Basilica of Saint-Sernin and the banks of the Garonne are all easy day trips from the villa.



Getting Around:

Several bus lines connect Colomiers to central Toulouse, with stops within walking distance of the villa. The Colomiers train station offers regular services to Toulouse Matabiau in about fifteen minutes, handy for car-free day trips into the city. Toulouse-Blagnac Airport is only ten minutes away by car, and the motorway network provides quick access to Albi, Carcassonne and the Pyrenean ski resorts. A private parking space is included, making the villa an ideal base for exploring the region by car.
