ACCOMMODATION
117 m² townhouse on 3 levels + access via stairs from the entrance.
Air-conditioned accommodation (reversible air conditioning, much appreciated in summer).

LEVEL 1:
Living room area with benches equipped with real mattresses (these are NOT beds, not made for sleeping).
Cozy dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, washing machine, and dryer.

LEVEL 2:
Bedroom 1: double bed, en-suite bathroom OPEN to the bedroom (no door), separate toilet.
Bedroom 2: double bed, CLOSED bathroom with door, toilet inside the bathroom.

LEVEL 3:
Large bedroom with two separate sleeping areas (2 double beds).
Shower room adjoining one sleeping area, OPEN with no door.
Separate toilet.

Maximum capacity: 8 people.
3 bedrooms, 4 double beds, 3 shower rooms, 3 toilets. Each bedroom has its own shower room and toilet.

PLEASE NOTE
Front door without handle: known malfunction, not repaired, does not affect the safety or use of the accommodation.
No traditional sofa in the living room: deliberate choice, visible in the photos.
The benches are not suitable for sleeping.
Accommodation on several levels with numerous stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility or young children.
Limited soundproofing: normal for a property in the city center.

Check-in from 5 p.m.
Check-out by 10 a.m. at the latest.
