Inside, a grand living room with vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace (available October - March) invites you to unwind. Downstairs, the game room offers hours of fun with a pool table, ping pong, and a large smart TV perfect for movie nights.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 10 including infants):
* Main Floor Suite: King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
* Top Floor Suite: King bed with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.
* Bottom Floor Suite: King bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.
* Top Floor Loft: Two twin beds in a cozy space.
* Game Room: A full-size air mattress is also available.

KITCHEN:
- Fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking essentials, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender + more! Seating for 2 around the kitchen island to bring the whole family together.

- Ensuite bathrooms in each of the three bedrooms.

Booking Requirements:
Booking Requirements: To finalize your reservation, you will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide ID verification, and authorize a $1,000 security hold (this is a temporary hold, not a charge). This is completed through a secure third-party guest portal, NOT Airbnb. As an alternative, you may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver for $59.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee $19/hr, subject to availability. Please inquire for details.

Property Usage:
Use all furniture, appliances, home goods as intended | no parties or large events | no pets allowed onsite | no smoking indoors or on porches | no illegal uses allowed | no drugs allowed | no fireworks allowed onsite

Maximum Capacity:
Up to 10 people. $100/guest/day for any guests above the maximum capacity. We retain the right to review camera footage and charge you additional fees via AirBNB.

Bears + Wildlife:
Do not feed, interact, or get close to bears and other wildlife. They are unpredictable and dangerous! Townsend, TN has high bear activity year-round! Do not leave any open food or trash out on the decks, front porch, or cars. Do not leave doors and windows open. And do not leave children outside unattended.

Personal Supplies
An initial STARTER set of supplies will be provided for your convenience. Further needs can be purchased from IGA grocery, located about 3 miles from the property.

Utility Disruptions:
Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms, but a backup power generated is installed and equipped to handle most circumstances.

Weather Conditions:
Although it is rare for snow to impact the roads, please plan accordingly by preparing food supplies and having all-wheel drive transportation during winter months. No refunds will be given for weather conditions. 4WD is recommended from November - March.

Small Animals/Insects:
Please note that even though we have a pest control service, there is always a possibility of seeing and/or hearing small animals and insects in and around the cabin.
