It also winds through the breathtaking Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.

The bay views from the property are beautiful; however, we do not own shoreline rights.
The beach directly across the street is private property. Trespassers will be ticketed.
Please do not use neighboring docks or access the water from in front of the home.
We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors at all times.

If returning from the beach, please rinse your feet and enter through the back entrance.

Travel Advisory: Local Road Construction
There is ongoing road construction on Grandview Parkway between Division Street and Cherry Bend Road, which may result in slightly longer travel times to and from downtown Traverse City. Access to the home is not impacted. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes for travel or checking Google Maps for alternative routes during your stay.
