The cottage features a spacious multi-level deck with a hot tub, creating an ideal outdoor retreat.

Inside, the cottage features a newly renovated, sizable, eat-in kitchen with a walkout to the deck as well as a large great room with a walkout to the deck as well.

Two bedrooms, including the principal bedroom, are located off the great room. Another large bedroom is located in the private loft accessed inside the entryway of the home (with steeper steps) and features a king bed, two singles, a sitting area, and a smart TV.

The guest/studio apartment is accessed outside of the cottage and features a living area with a pull-out couch, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3 pc. washroom. Lots of private areas for the extended family!

Picturesque lake – the lake is a beautiful emerald green/turquoise colour- very unique!

Sandy Lake is spring-fed, quite shallow, and has a white sandy bottom (hence the name Sandy Lake). What makes this Lake so unique is its clarity and colour. On a sunny day, the water is a turquoise colour – you’d think you were in the Caribbean!

Also, since the lake is shallow it’s great for kids and warms up very early in the season.
