Gouzon has a 18 hole public golf course and fishing lakes, supermarket with service station pharmacy, restaurants and Auberge. Boussac has a large market every Thursday with plenty of cafes.

​The house consists of a spacious open plan sitting area with a cosy log burner, TV and DVD player, dining room seating 6, well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge freezer and dish washer.
Shower room with separate toilet are on the ground floor.

On the first-floor large double bedroom, with low ceiling and middle beam which adds character but please remember to duck! Small sitting area TV and dressing area, separate toilet. A single bed or cot could be added for a younger child or baby if required.

The spacious loft area has 2 small double beds (6x4ft) suitable for children aged 10 and over due to the steep stairs.

Outside there is a covered terrace , an enclosed garden with dining area, BBQ, and parking.

Secure storage os available on request for bikes and top boxes.
