Host canceled my reservation because I didn't answer a message by 12:00. On who was staying in the home and why we were coming. I had put in a message when I booked the property how many people. That it would be my husband, son and 82 year old mother in-law my daughter and her family. In reservation it showed 7 people. I had even explained why we were coming and staying at the property. As I said the host gave me until 12:00 to answer her E-mail. Im sorry I couldn't answer before I was on my way to the property. Some of us work and can't check personal emails and message at work then when you have a adult handicapped son like I do you have to help him and I was also doing somethings for my mother in-law. So I didn't get to my emails until we were on our way to the property the host had already given me my code to get in the night before so I had no reason to believe there would be any problems. Imagine my surprise to find out my reservation was canceled and for something the host was told when I booked then she didn't refund all my money. This wasn't right I did no wrong the host already had the information she was asking for and had even responded to the message. And to keep part of my money for braking house rules a house I never even seen. She knew who was coming and why. Just be aware when booking this property make sure you can check your emails at work or you two may not have a place to stay and lose part of you money.
