Walk in to the quaint living room area with streaming television using Roku. Split floor plan offers two bedrooms on one side - with a bathroom between them - and the master on the opposite end of the home with its own personal bathroom. (Bedrooms do not have televisions at this time.) Walk through the living area to the kitchen where you'll find stainless appliances, lots of cabinet space, and a cute breakfast table for four. The garage is right out that kitchen door and offers two car spaces along with two spaces outside of the garage right in front yard! Wow! Lots of space for company during your stay! Each bedroom has brand new queen size mattresses in every room, making it convenient to host three couples (or kids) easily!
The pool depth is great for kids as well, ranging from 3ft to 5ft. Solar lights float the pool at night to illuminate for those fun night swims.
So much to do! A close drive to the Pima County Fairgrounds and the Tucson Dragway Racing track (check information on websites for details on dates) there is something for everyone to enjoy. Hiking trails are also just a short drive up Houghton Road at Mt. Lemmon(cooler temps and a small ski resort in winter with snow!) and Sabino Canyon trails with bus tours available. Also nearby is Saguaro National Park ,where you can enjoy the desert trails and landscape, and the Pima Air and Space Museum home to a large amount of different planes and helicopters including an old AirForceOne plane! Check out the awesome RC car runway if you're interested in something fun and outdoors as well. All of the prior within 10-15 mins away.
House Rules
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~Maximum 1 pet is allowed
~Bringing a pet to a pet-friendly home has an additional charge of $150/pet that is non-refundable.
~This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ 1 dog is allowed no more than 25 lbs with a pet fee.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
