House Zia Fiume is a 5-bed vacation home for stays in Tuglie, in the Gallipoli area. The house is equipped with all the main accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV and electric oven. Animals are allowed.

The vacation house is located facing the road, introduced by a small covered veranda protected by a gate.
The entrance is into a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, dining room and TV. Sliding doors lead to the large, well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one single.
Two shower rooms and a back porch with water faucet and clothesline complete the house.

House Zia Fiume is located in Tuglie,
in the center of the pretty village where there are all the main
services, as well as a beautiful square, the museum of rural
civilization and the radio museum that are worth a visit.
Tuglie is located in the first hinterland of Gallipoli, allows you to reach in a few minutes by car the most beautiful beaches on the Ionian Sea, such as the beaches of Gallipoli, the Natural Park of Portoselvaggio, and the marinas of Nardò.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 45 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
