The space
This is an updated 2 bedroom condo with one bath including a jetted tub/shower combo. This condo is one level but does have 3 steps just inside the home. Central Heat and Air. There is a queen bed in one bedroom, 2 twins in the other and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms include ceiling fans, blinds and curtains. This space includes a fenced courtyard and the pool is just beyond the fence. Smart tv in all rooms Including Cable, Netflix and Hulu and Wifi. Amenities include full size front loading washer and dryer. Guest access
You will have access to the entire space and courtyard in back. You will also have access to the pool right outside your back door during pool season and pool hours. Closed one day a week for maintenance.
Other things to note
Quiet hours after 10 pm., Inside and Out. Absolutely no motorized vehicles on the grounds anywhere, they must stay in the parking lot. No smoking or vaporing on premises.
