Please note that these areas close at 10 pm to maintain the tranquility of the property.



The nearest public beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the Mayan ruins are a 10-minute bike ride away. Tulum is an eco-friendly destination, so temporary water or power outages may occasionally occur, as its infrastructure depends on natural resources. We appreciate your understanding, and our concierge will always be available to assist you in any situation during your stay.



Guest Access:

All guests must report to the reception of the apartments for entry and show their identification.

Please note that common areas close at 10 p.m. to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Self check-in is available for your convenience.
