• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

DIRECTIONS FROM CANCUN AIRPORT TO MENESSE TULUM

Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancun–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south.

Drive South on Highway 307
Stay on Highway 307 for about 1.5–2 hours (roughly 120 km / 75 miles), depending on traffic. You’ll pass through Playa del Carmen and smaller towns along the way.

Approach Tulum
As you near Tulum, look for the large Tulum sign and roundabout directing you to Tulum Centro (town) and the beach (Boca Paila). Continue on Highway 307 toward Tulum Centro.

Turn onto Avenida Coba
Turn left onto Avenida Coba and continue straight for about 450 meters. Then turn right.

Arrive at Menesse Tulum
Continue straight to the entrance of Menesse Tulum, where the security guard will assist you with entry.

Check-In
Enter the lobby by typing in the door code we provided to you via the guest portal and proceed to the front desk to register, where the staff will provide further instructions and assist with check-in.

Head Toward Tulum Town
Exit the airport and follow signs for Tulum Centro or Highway 307. Travel time varies, depending on the development status of the Tulum Airport, but is approximately 45 min.

Merge onto Highway 307
Turn onto the main road (Highway 307) leading to Tulum Centro. Continue straight on this road for 26km.

Turn onto Avenida Coba
Turn right onto Avenida Coba and continue straight for about 450 meters. Then turn right again.

Arrive at Menesse Tulum
Continue straight to the entrance of Menesse Tulum, where the security guard will assist you with entry.

Check-In
Enter the lobby by typing in the door code we provided to you via the guest portal and proceed to the front desk to register, where the staff will provide further instructions and assist with check-in.
