The condo is in the heart of Tulum, about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. - Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.



- Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.



- There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.



- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



- Pets are not allowed at this property.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.
