The Space:

Welcome to TAO Tulum, where the vibes are super chill! This cozy spot is perfect for a group of up to 4 guests to soak up all the goodness Tulum has to offer. We're just a skip away from the beach road and those amazing Mayan Ruins in the National Park. And guess what? A quick drive lands you amidst boutique shops, mouthwatering local grub, and a ton of fun eco-tours. Dive deep into history, or hit the beaches and cenotes for some serious relaxation and adventure!



Step inside, and you'll feel right at home with our open-concept setup, connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas for maximum hangout vibes. We've got a comfy sofa and a Smart TV for your binge-watching pleasure. The kitchen's got all the goods for whipping up basic meals, plus a coffee maker and blender for your morning boost or afternoon mixers. Chow down at the breakfast bar or head outside to your private patio for alfresco dining.



When it's time to crash, we've got two bedrooms with cozy double beds, soft linens, and all the fixings for a great night's sleep. And, of course, A/C, ceiling fans, and blackout shades for those lazy mornings.



But wait, there's more! On-site, you can chill by the pool, fire up the communal BBQ, hit the fitness room, or Zen out in the Yoga area surrounded by nature's beauty.

Don't forget about the incredible Tulum Mayan Ruins, just a short 10-minute drive away. Whether you're into eating, shopping, or adventuring, there's something rad for everyone nearby. Come on over and soak up the best of Tulum at TAO!



Getting Around:

The condo is located inside the TAO Tulum complex, approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport and 42 km | 26 mi from the new Tulum International Airport. If you arrive by car, there’s a free assigned parking space.



We recommend that you book a private transfer in advance. It’s safe and reliable, and you don't need to share it with other passengers or negotiate the price. The driver will be waiting for you at the airport with a sign and your name, and he will take you directly to the property. To make a reservation, we need a minimum of 24 hours notice, your flight details and the number of passengers. Please book your transportation directly with our local experts.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $50 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $50; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($100 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $50 will be charged.

- Electricity is expensive here, so please help save energy by using the AC only when needed, closing all windows and doors when it's on, and shutting it off every time you leave. We include 50 kW/day for short-term stays under 28 nights. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.50 MXN/kW. Consumption is based on a meter reading upon arrival and departure. You will be billed after check-out for any additional consumption. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 28 days or more.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. There’s an extra charge for additional guests and visitors over the property's capacity.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.



Interaction with Guests:

A QR code will be created and provided a few hours before check-in and needs to be presented to the guard upon arrival. The condo is self-check-in using the key in the lockbox to enter. Full instructions will be provided to you before arrival.
