The Space:

The Cliff sits on 10 hectares (25 acres) of completely private lakeside nature. Granite cliffs, ancient oak trees, open meadows, sandy beaches and untouched forest surround the property – with no neighbours in sight.



Designed for families and friends who value privacy, nature and time together, the estate comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across a spacious main house and a separate guest house.



Your days naturally unfold outdoors. Morning coffee on the terrace. Children disappearing towards the private beach. A boat leaving the dock. Hiking across the cliffs. Long dinners that slowly turn into evenings around the fire. A relaxing soak in the jacuzzi before ending the day in one of two saunas – one overlooking the lake itself.

The Cliff is currently being brought to life and will be ready to welcome guests from February 2027. Until then, the gallery features high-quality architectural renderings created to reflect the final experience as faithfully as possible. While a few details may change during construction, the atmosphere, layout and overall design will remain true to what you see here.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire 10-hectare estate, including the main house, guest house, private shoreline, sandy beach, dock, boat, jacuzzi, both saunas and all outdoor areas. There are no shared spaces.



The Neighborhood:

Although The Cliff feels completely secluded, you’re only 10 minutes from Ulricehamn, offering supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shopping.



The surrounding area is known for its lakes, forests, hiking trails and outdoor activities throughout every season.



Getting Around:

The property is reached via a scenic 2 km private gravel road through the forest. It is accessible with any standard passenger car throughout the year.



Free parking for four vehicles is available directly at the house.



Ulricehamn with restaurants and grocery shopping is 10min away. Gothenburg can be reached in about one hour by car.



Other Things to Note:

The Cliff is intended for peaceful holidays in nature and is not suitable for parties or loud events.



Booking includes:

✔ Electricity is included – no additional charges.

✔ No security deposit is required.

✔ High-speed fiber internet (150 Mbit/s) with access points throughout the house.
