This is your incredible getaway in the Joshua Tree National Park area- just 10 minutes from the North Entrance to the park. Relax with the whole family and stay at this peaceful place. And while you are at it, stargaze upon the infinite sky while lounging in the Jacuzzi, take an invigorating dip in the cowboy pool, BBQ away, chill under the covered Dining or Lounging gazebos, warm up in the fire pit area, or just have a blast playing pool, ping-pong, arcade-style video games, basketball, darts, foosball, or air hockey in the game room or just chill in our big backyard lounging on the various swings or hammocks, or playing cornhole, bocceball, badminton or horseshoe.
The space is absolutely gorgeous- starting with a mid-century, woodsy living area to a glamorous master suite, from the incredibly well-designed resort backyard, to an extremely fun-for-all game room, from cacti to palms, from a hot tub to a cowboy pool- everything here is well thought of and meticulously executed. -This is a non-smoking and non-vaping home.
-Courtesy quiet hours start from 10PM. Please be courteous and respectful to our awesome neighbors.
-No events or parties are permitted.
-Please no pets in the house.
-No open flames or candles, glitter, confetti, slime or hair dyes are allowed on the property.
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Update the reservation if needed. Visitors not listed on the reservation are not allowed on the property.
-No Illegal substances or activities allowed.
-You can park up to 4 cars on the driveway, no street parking is allowed.
-Please don't move the indoor furniture or garage games around. If you do move the outdoor furniture, please relocate them to their original spots prior to checkout.
-Please clean the Grill and the Firepit after use and dispose of any trash appropriately.
-Please keep the outdoor access doors closed - we share the desert with a lot of cool critters that could access the house otherwise.
-There is no lifeguard on duty at our Pool and Hot Tub. Please be careful and use at your own risk. We won't be held liable for any accidents.
-Please shower before using the Pool or Hot Tub. No Food or drinks allowed in them.
-Children are always welcomed. However, our home is "not childproof". Adults are entirely responsible for the safety of any children, and for the care of the property and all items within it.
-If you use the Hot tub or the pool, please cover them back up, and secure the covers appropriately.

Release and Waiver of Liability:
-The Guest(s) understands that there are special risks involved in the use of the hot tubs. Guest is aware there are potential dangers to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as any person using a hot tub too long or if a person has health risks, is intoxicated, using any kind of drugs or medication, or pregnant. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owners or other guests of property for accidents or injury arising from use of the hot tub. Guest agrees that he/she is responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the hot tub through their or their guest's misuse or negligence.
-Guest also understand that this Release & Waiver of Liability irrevocably and unconditionally releases and holds harmless all releases from any financial or other liability for any injury, bodily harm, sickness, illness, or loss of life that as a Guest or family member or friend may suffer and from any economic harm or loss of property occurring during, caused by, relating to, or arising in any way out of staying at this rental.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are clearly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
