For safety and insurance purposes, we may request a valid government-issued ID after booking. The name must match the reservation holder. The booking guest must be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests.

No fires on high-wind days (per local ordinance). Guests are responsible for safely maintaining and fully extinguishing all fires.
*USE AT YOUR OWN RISK*
All indoor and outdoor amenities (including hot tub, pool, fire pit, hammocks, etc.) are used at your own risk. The Pink Palm shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or medical conditions arising from use of the hot tub or related amenities. You are responsible for assessing your own suitability to use the facility.

*EXTERIOR CAMERAS*
For guest safety, there are exterior security cameras on the property. Tampering with, covering, or disabling them is not permitted and will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.
*CLIMATE*
The AC is preset for efficiency and comfort in the desert climate. It may automatically adjust throughout the day to prevent system strain.
*DESERT ENVIRONMENT*
This is the desert - dust and debris can settle in the pool and hot tub even after cleaning. This is completely normal and does not indicate they are unclean.
*WATER HEATER*
Water heater may periodically make rumbling noise while water is in use. This is normal and is not cause for concern.
*VINTAGE HOME DETAILS*
This is a thoughtfully restored vintage home, and some original elements (like the 1950s stove) come with a bit of character. Nothing to worry about - just part of the charm. Reach out anytime if you're having issues.
*DAMAGE / EXTRA CLEANING*
Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
